-Third District Court of Appeal Appellate Depository Night Filing Box Service has been suspended until further notice (located in the Clerk's Office at the Dade County Courthouse)
Effective Monday, July 6, 2009

On July 6 we issued a notice which stated that due to the 11th Judicial Circuit Court's funding reduction, the Appellate Depository Night Filing Box hours had changed. The Clerk of the Court has reduced its hours of operation, not the 11th Judicial Circuit. We apologize for this error.
The Dade County Bar Association operates the Appellate Depository Night Filing Box for the Third District Court of Appeal, located in the Clerk's Office. The Box will no longer be available after 4:00 p.m.
The Dade County Bar Association, through its Appellate Court Committee, is working with the Third District Court of Appeal to determine if an alternative night filing system can be implemented. We will notify you once a decision has been reached.
In the interim, filings may still be made between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and will be date stamped on the day you make the drop.
