New in 2010, the Lavender Law Conference will feature a symposium designed to introduce law students and young practitioners to the fascinating field of intellectual property law. Come learn about what companies like Microsoft are doing to promote diversity within their legal departments and the legal profession. The program, which will feature attorneys with corporate, private, and public sector IP experience, will be led by Microsoft attorneys Elke Suber and Sherman Helenese.

Intellectual Property Symposium About Lavender Law 2010 The 2010 Lavender Law Career Fair & Conference will be held August 26-28th at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, FL. Over 1,000 practicing attorneys, scholars, law students, members of the judiciary and other legal professionals year are expected to attend this year’s event which will feature career, networking, and continuing legal education opportunities tailored for the LGBT legal community. Attendees are encouraged to register as soon as possible to take advantage of the discounted rates.
