Judge David Young will present a live CLE presentation on ethical representation in the Family Court. Judge Young will also address the changing dynamics in the Family Court in luding a discussion on same-sex marriages and bias elimination. Judge Young was came back to the Circuit Court without opposition in 2016 after retiring to become the first openly ga TV judge as the star of a daytime syndicated court shoe, Judge David Young. Judge Young is arried to Judge Scott Bernstein and is presently assigned to the Family Law Court.
