This committee shall prepare a budget of the estimated income and expenditures of the Association for submission to and approval by the Board, no later than the October Meeting every year, and shall also submit such other recommendations on finance as may be requested from time to time by the Board. This Committee shall be chaired by the Treasurer and have at least two (2) other Regular Members to be appointed by the President.
